IF Building Consultancy will review the relevant lease documentation and provide strategic advice including the preparation of dilapidation liability assessments, schedules of dilapidations (interim, terminal and final schedules), advising on exit strategy and break clauses, reinstatement and repair notices and negotiating cash settlements for both our landlord and occupier clients.

Our involvement often evolves into either undertaking the required work by the landlord through to monitoring the occupiers works. We achieve the desired outcomes from both our landlord and tenant clients with our knowledge of the Dilapidations Pre-Action Protocol, current case law and our vast experience in this discipline.
